I’m running out the door because I’m always late, what do I need to know?
Take a deep breath and relax because you’re in for a truly awesome night. But next time, try to get here early since seating is on a first-come, first served basis. And please keep in mind that if you don't pickup your tickets by showtime, or if you haven't arrived 15 minutes after the show has started, there is a chance that your tickets may be released to the public for resale. Don’t forget your ID and some dollar dollar bills or a major credit card because there is the two drink minimum inside the showroom.
PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT ABLE to accept ANY mobile payment options such as: Apple Pay® or Google Pay™
All bags will be subject to search. Large backpacks,
suitcases, beach bags and equipment bags are prohibited. No weapons
(i.e. knives, pepper spray, stun-guns, any concealed weapons, firearms,
etc.)

When do doors open?
Doors can open anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half prior to a show.Where do I park and how much does it cost?

We sure do. We keep your valuable left-behinds locked away in the Manager’s Office, so you can email us at info@miamiimprov.com or give us a call at the box office and we’ll check if we have your items.How do I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets online 24 hours a day, you can call the box office at (305) 441-8200 or you may purchase tickets in person. (See below for walk-up box office hours)

What are your box office hours?
Call hours:
Monday – Friday: 11 - 5 p.m. or 30 minutes after show time | Saturday: 12PM – 30 minutes after show time
Sunday: 2 p.m. - 30 minutes after show time
Walk-up hours (if a show is scheduled):
Wednesday & Thursday: 5PM
Friday & Saturday: 12PM
Sunday: 2PM

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
No, but we highly recommend it since we can’t guarantee tickets will be available the night of the show.Is food and drink included in the ticket price?
No, but we do have a full dinner menu with great food you wouldn't expect from a comedy club. And please remember that there's always a 2-drink minimum per person in the showroom (drinks can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic).What kind of food/drinks are available?
Pretty awesome ones...and that’s coming from professional eaters and drinkers. The Improv is taking the comedy club experience to the next level with great food, a full bar and great specialty drinks.How old do I have to be to get into the club?
Our shows are 21+ so don't forget your ID. Some shows may be 18 & older and, if so, this will be listed on the event information. Sadly, these age restrictions aren’t flexible. It’s not us, it’s The Man. We would like to allow everyone into the shows, but we just like our liquor license more.Where are you located?
In City Place Doral. We are up on the second floor, right next to Copper Blues.How does seating work?
Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes to an hour prior to show time for better seat selection. However, we do have reserved seating available with the purchase of VIP Bottle Service or Tab Minimums. Call the Box Office to set up your table! You can always pick up your tickets at the box office, but if you purchase your tickets ahead of time – you can print out your tickets or pull them up on your smartphone!Does the club have a dress code?
Yes and No. We want you to be comfortable, but we also don’t want you to make others around you uncomfortable, so dress to make your mother proud.Can I take pictures during the show?
Out of respect to the performer(s) on stage and everyone seated around you ALL of the following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED during shows: flash photography, audio and/or video recording, and mobile devices including but not limited to calls and texts.How long is each show?
The shows run approximately ninety minutes, but are not held to a time limit, so come to the club ready to laugh and have a good time!How will I know when my favorite comedian is coming to the club?

The night of the show, in the event that we have any no-show ticket-holders we on occasion are able to accommodate guests who are on our waiting list.In order to be placed on the wait-list for a show, all guests must be at the Box Office IN-PERSON (we do not take any wait-list requests over email or the phone) no earlier than 1 hour prior to the showtime, as that is when the list starts. Roughly 30 minutes after the show begins if we have any availability we will then begin to accommodate the wait-list. We ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE any accommodations from the waiting list.Do You Offer Military Discounts?
